Let him deal with details.
It’s his element.
He will know success
as he precisely preforms
and efficiently achieves.
Allow him to handle minutia.
He does it astoundingly well.
Don’t try and save him
from all those burdensome tasks.
He enjoys them.
Accept that he doesn’t want to live
a poetic life of reflection,
however appealing it is to me.
Appreciate his exactness
and all that he accomplishes.
Step back and allow him to thrive
in his element.
